Hey, What's up? Now you're looking at some of my work- I'm Don, call me that if you want, i'm not your mother.Why do i do this kind of work if you ask? Simply because i want to, i enjoy the process of making something and looking up the pretty result, wether it's subtle or obvious.How long i've been doing this? Well, long enough to know what I am doing.

TOS (TERMS OF SERVICE FOR COMMISSIONING.)

Terms of Service (TOS)
1. The ProcessWhen commissioning artwork, the work will be completed in three phases:Sketching Phase: The initial draft and layout of the artwork.Line Art Phase: Clean line work based on the approved sketch.Finishing Phase: Final touches, coloring, and rendering.You will receive two revision slots per phase. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur an extra fee. Once a phase has been approved (e.g., sketch or line art), further revisions to that phase will not be accepted.2. Thumbnail Commission TermsFor YouTube thumbnails, the following conditions apply:Turnaround Time: Thumbnails will be delivered within 24–48 hours after sketch approval, unless stated otherwise. Queue will be inform personally.Revision Policy: Each thumbnail includes two free revisions. Additional changes will be subject to extra charges.Clients are responsible for providing:
✅ Clear references and text placement requests (if any).
✅ Specific branding guidelines (e.g., color schemes, logos).3. Client ResponsibilitiesTo ensure smooth progress and the best possible result, clients must:Clearly communicate ideas, expectations, and requirements.Provide rough concepts, detailed references (photos, examples, or written descriptions).If clear instructions are not provided, additional conceptual work may incur extra fees.4. Artist’s Rights and PrivacyI retain the right to remain anonymous as the artist unless otherwise agreed upon.All transactions and communications will remain private and confidential.I reserve the right to decline any commission request that makes me uncomfortable or conflicts with my values.5. Payment TermsInternational Clients: Payments are accepted via PayPal.Full Upfront Payment: Clients are required to pay the full amount in advance once project details are agreed upon. Work will not begin until payment is received.Payment details will be confirmed before the commission starts.6. Refunds and CancellationsNo refunds are available once work has begun.If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.7.
